These prints represent my mind to body connection; allowing myself to feel overwhelmed, noticing the tension throughout my body. There is major overlap between how much I think vs how much I do that I find it holds me back frequently throughout day to day life. This is a journey to healing from past traumas by expressing my vulnerability.
